Modus Operandi Services was established in 2019 when the two company directors Mike and Jay joined forces to create a specialist company that would supply a first class service across the Facilities Management, Property, and Block Management industry.

With Mike having over 30 years experience in business operations running Security and Labour Supply companies, and Jay coming from a long career in Construction, they felt they had the perfect foundation to join forces and create a no limits company supplying a multitude of services across the Property, Block Management and Construction Industry.

Our aim was always to create a one stop shop in order to take the headaches of the industry away from Property Management companies. So many professionals within the industry have countless number of contacts for so many different services.
