Within the property and block management industry fire safety is paramount. All developments are required to have regular fire safety reports completed, and it is very likely that there is going to be some issues raised. Modus Operandi can supply a Fire Safety service to ensure your building complies. Whether its installing fire doors and closers, or needing to relocate fire compartment partitions we can help.​ Simply send us the report and we can quote for the required works.

If your building or property is beginning to look tired and dated, or if a property has been left in a state of disrepair then we can help. We can supply, manage and complete a full refurbishment service with all aspects of the work project managed from start to finish.
